As someone who has worn glasses since about kindergarten, this has been my favorite eye doctor to go to. I did my undergrad in Fort Collins so I had to find an eye doctor when I moved there. The office is always clean and everyone who works here has always been so welcoming and helpful toward me. Their frame selection is one of the best I’ve seen. I get lots of compliments on the frames I’ve grabbed from this shop. I wear my glasses daily and have never had difficulties finding at least one pair I love. If anything happens to the glasses you get from them, they seem more than willing to help. Their times have always seemed fast to me especially in comparison to my childhood eye doctor. The eye exam itself is always so fast and it seems like they have a lot of the newer technology which allows the exam to go so fast. They will happily adjust your glasses for you whenever you need. The staff is always just so helpful and kind too. They listen to my concerns and are more than willing to explain anything I might have questions about. I’m honestly bummed I won’t be able to come back as I’ve had such a wonderful experience there for the past 4 years now. Even since moving, they have been so helpful if I had to call them for a question. I can’t recommend this place enough! Especially if you’re a student who’s insurance doesn’t cover eye care.

What a delight of an office! Had problems with my insurance approval, and a woman named Angie assisted me through it! Amazing! Everyone was professional and friendly. They treated me like I was their only priority that day. I highly recommend this office, I am so glad I found them in Fort Collins! I’m sure they have me as a client/patient for life. Highly recommend this office, I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I have been wearing glasses for years and after seeing more doctors than i care to think about I finally found a wonderful place. The selection here is so different than all the other stores, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and Doctor Bryant is incredible. Its nice to find a place where i feel like i will keep coming back every year and truly feel like they care

Hello! I’m a 4th year, out of state student, at Colorado state university. I used to see an optometrist back in my home state, but that became increasingly difficult to do with my life now being out in CO. I had some eye-health scares due to my misuse of my monthly contacts… since finances are a huge restriction for me, I was wearing my “monthly” contacts for more than a month. I should probably mention that I’ve been wearing contacts since middle school and have owned the same pair of glasses since then too (so for about 8-9 years already). Since I almost really messed up my eyes, I began to wear my glasses way more often… however, with the start of a new (non-covid) semester I realized i would need to see an optometrist office to get new contacts (especially since it is hard for me to work with horses wearing my glasses). I was extremely nervous to pick out an optometrist office in Fort Collins, but after doing my research I found edge optics and felt comfortable enough to make an appointment with them. Long story short - I have had a phenomenal experience here. Upon first walking in, everyone was so friendly, hip, and helpful! They even have free coffee and an old Pac-Man machine for guest to play on while waiting. I wouldn’t get to into the game though, because you won’t be waiting too long at edge optics (they are so fast)! Taking my previous contact usage / eye health risks into consideration, my doctors decided to switch me to “daily”contacts to ensure I wouldn’t run into the same issues I had with my monthly’s. I sampled two different contact brands, originally the first contacts I was given by the male doctor here weren’t a great fit for me. With how dry CO is my contacts were getting dry very fast and I wanted to rip them out by the end of the day. Upon coming back in to report this, I was worried it would be a couple of trial runs before I found the contacts for me! However, I was so wrong! The female doctor looked at my eyes with the 1st sample contacts they gave me, made adjustments, and found a brand that would provide me more comfort and hydration! I just got done sampling the Acuvue Oasys 1day w/ HydraLuxe and loved them Customer service: Both of my doctors were so kind, patient, and intent-full with their service! They took the time to answer and explain all of my questions in detail, as well as explain the process behind some of my specific questions. That is something I really appreciate when seeing doctors - you know? With all that said, my most favorite person to see at this office was Hasan! Hasan was my optical sales and marketing specialist! This is the person you touch base with after you have seen your doctor. Hasan ALWAYS made sure he was going above and beyond to help me out with this entire experience. I had so many questions and many repeated questions that Hasan always answered thoroughly and with genuine delight. He even made me feel really good about buying a new pair of glasses and let me try on about half of the store! I had found a pair I really liked earlier in the game, before my contact selection was complete, and he made sure to put a star on the glasses’ tag to ensure he saved it for me and knew the exact ones I wanted if I did decide to go through with them. Apparently, there are a whole bunch of fancy things you can add to lens’ now and Hansan explained each to me so I could make an educated decision for my personal desire and financial capabilities. As I mentioned before, finances are a huge worry for me and something I have to pay great attention to. Hansan sat down with me for perhaps an hour or two after my appointment was complete, and inputted different scenarios and options into the computer so that I could see each breakdown of what things might cost me… and I mean a detailed breakdown, we tried every different options I could consider….. Hasan is the employee that made edge Optics stand out to me! I’m walking out w/ annual daily contacts + a sweet new pair of glasses! When my son had an injury resulting in swollen eyes the staff and Dr were able to see me on the same day and took such great care of him. They even had a small kids area for my 2 year old to play while he was evaluated. Awesome to have such great eyecare so close.

I was very satisfied with my eye exam on August 29,2023. However, my glasses were not ready until November 3, 2023! This is not acceptable. There was poor communication within the shop and the lab causing returns and changes in my lenses. Don't plan to go back there.

I have been going to Edge Optics for about 5 years now and every time I go, the staff are helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Dr. Bryant takes his time to listen and explain. I do not feel like I am being rushed through. Cae helped me with my glasses order and was so patient with me when I changed my mind. They did not hesitate to ask another staff person for answers to the detailed questions I asked. Whenever I call, the phone is always answered by a person. Thank you, Edge Optics, for your excellent service!!

I am on week 8 post-eye exam and I still do not have glasses or contact lenses. At my exam I was told that I should get anti-fatigue lenses in my glasses. I was not told about any possible issues with those lenses. I then ordered glasses from Edge Optics. After Two and half weeks and no news about my glasses I called and they told me that my glasses were ready and waiting. I never received a call. I went in and I tried the glasses on it was immediately clear that the prescription strength was not correct and my current $30 glasses from Zenni were far better. In addition the anti-fatigue should have come with anti-nausea medicine. I then had a re-do exam with a different doctor and my prescription power was changed but told to keep the anti-fatigue. The glasses were then remade. At that point I ordered contact lenses as well. About a week and a half later I got a call to pick up my contacts. Then a week later I got a message that my glasses were ready. I picked those up and tried them out for the weekend and although the prescription was better, the anti-fatigue was still nauseating. I went back to Edge Optics to let them know and they took the glasses back and ordered new glasses without the anti-fatigue. After another two weeks I got the glasses back and they were better, but now there were really bad reflections around lights and visually the glasses had a strong reflection. I then took them back the following week. The staff member that looked at them a noticed pretty quickly that they had not included the anti-reflection coating that I paid for. At this point I had a lot of questions. I asked about the price difference between the anti-fatigue and single vision lenses and learned that my new glasses were cheaper, yet no one offered me a refund for the difference. I was then told that they can't do a refund to they could credit my account or maybe the owner could write me a check. I then asked what other options had I not been previously told about and learned that there was a higher quality lens that I could get for $30 more, so I did that because I already had a credit. I was told that they would speak to the doctor to see if they could do anything to make up for the hassle after seven weeks. They were going to call me to provide frequent updates about the progress of the new lenses. A week later I went into the store again to check on the glasses and found out that they had also ordered the wrong prescription for my contact lenses. Fortunately, I had not opened those yet and they told me that they would order the correct prescription and not charge me for their mistake, I just need to bring back the contact lenses with the wrong prescription. Now my glasses should be ready by the end of the week or beginning of next week. We'll see. I hope after 9 weeks I'll have my glasses. I was told mistakes like this almost never happen. I wanted to believe that, however my wife also had to wait over a month for contacts because it turned out that they never ordered them in the first place (but that a whole different review). At this point it is highly unlikely that I will return to Edge Optics.
